WINDOW TINT WARRANTY & AFTER CARE

For the best long-term care:

  • Please make sure to keep your windows up for 3-5 days before rolling them down
  • Window tint will take 2-3 weeks, sometimes a full 30 days depending on weather conditions, before it is fully dry. Water blisters are a good sign that it's drying out
  • Please use ammonia free glass cleaner, only, when you are cleaning your tinted windows & use a soft clean cloth to avoid scratches. Use of harsh chemicals can lead to film failure, and can be scratched using abrasive materials such as paper towels or newspapers. If you are using water, ensure the water is clean - sand or other dirt particles in water can scratch the film.
  • Be cautious when unbuckling seat belts to refrain from hitting your window and scratching the film
  • Your lifetime warranty covers any fading, peeling, bubbling, and factory defects. Swing by to let us check it out and we'll get you taken care of if it's covered under warranty, with no additional out of pocket costs.
  • Though we strive for perfection in our installations, due to the nature of the product and process, a small degree of dust contamination and or/minor imperfections are present in every window film application.
  • Black dotted areas: Most vehicles have a thick black "frit" edge on certain windows and prevent the film from sticking to the area between the dots, resulting in a whitish-looking strip trimming the glass. Typically, this isn't very noticeable, however, some cars have a wide band of dots trimming the window, making the whitish area very pronounced. We use different techniques to avoid this look, however, the effect is sometimes unavoidable.
  • Your lifetime warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage. Examples: seat belt chips, damage from pets, damage from children, etc. Also note that dirt or small rocks/pebbles in your window seals can result in vertical scratches when you roll your window up and down, this will also not be covered under warranty.
  • Windshield tint installations: Please use caution when removing any stickers you place on top of your windshield tint. Pulling an adhesive sticker off on an adhesive film (the tint) will likely pull the film with it, if not done with caution - causing it to bubble or peel. Do NOT under any circumstances use anything sharp, such as a razor blade, to remove them. We will gladly assist you in removing and reapplying your registration sticker for you, free of charge.
  • Your lifetime warranty is NULL AND VOID if the warranty sticker we place on your driver door jamb is removed.

Please let us know of any questions or concerns and we will do our best to serve you appropriately.
